Don Manuel Presents, Chair
Don Manuel Presents is a dynamic creative, cultural organizer, and community leader whose work bridges entertainment, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
He is an award-winning co-producer with Burlesque Buffet, helping bring innovative live performance to new audiences. As an award-winning director, his short film The Terror Loop—now streaming on Amazon Prime—earned recognition for its unique storytelling. The project was created with the Social Media Misfits Club, a collective he helped co-found to champion diverse voices in media and live entertainment.
In addition to his creative work, Don Manuel is a proud brand ambassador for companies such as Zig Zag Rolling Papers and Kashmir Rolling Papers, bringing authentic cultural partnerships to national audiences. He is also 1/3 of Lokey Studios, collaborating with RDF and AGMT Studios to push forward multimedia projects and productions that merge art, music, and film.
Beyond the stage and screen, Don Manuel serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Tompkins County, where he advocates for equity-driven philanthropy and community empowerment. He is also an active member of Business Leaders of Colors, supporting local entrepreneurs of color and inclusive economic growth.
As the co-founder of Creating Dreams Movement, he continues to build platforms that inspire, amplify, and uplift communities through art, collaboration, and opportunity.
Ramsey Fulcher, Vice-Chair
Ramsey Fulcher, aka RDF, is an accomplished artist, producer, and cultural innovator whose career spans from grassroots talent development to international recognition. Known for his ability to merge the timeless with the contemporary, RDF has earned a reputation as a creative force who redefines the soundscape while championing emerging talent.
Born in Long Island, New York, and raised by his grandparents, RDF began his musical journey with classical training on the trumpet before discovering his passion for turntables. By age 15, he had established himself as a sought-after DJ, drawing inspiration from East Coast icons such as Funkmaster Flex and DJ Red Alert.
His career path took him from high school parties to producing original tracks and performing across diverse markets. In Ithaca, New York, he was recognized by the Ithaca Times as “Best DJ of the Year,” before expanding his reach in Orlando, Florida, where he became known for elevating and promoting local artists. Now based again in Ithaca, RDF continues to innovate as a DJ Ambassador for Roland, bringing both technical expertise and cultural vision to the next generation of performers.
RDF’s career reflects not only artistic excellence but also a commitment to mentorship, community building, and shaping the future of music.
Debra Charris, Secretary / Treasurer
Debra Charris, also known on stage as the irresistible Dee Lightfull, is a powerhouse who seamlessly blends tech leadership with tassel-twirling. By day, she serves as the Director of Information Technology Operations at Cornell University Library, where she brings over two decades of expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), XCC Executive Coach, and Master Resiliency Trainer, Debra also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
But when the sun goes down, the rhinestones come out! As Dee Lightfull, Debra transforms into a curvy, nerdy, flirty, and oh-so-dirty burlesque sensation who has dazzled audiences across eleven states and two countries. A vivacious blend of neo and comedic burlesque, Dee’s performances leave audiences both twitterpated and glitter-pated. She is the creative force behind Burlesque Buffet, an award-winning production company dedicated to showcasing artists of all experience levels in their most dee-licious forms. In 2024, Dee proudly taught at BurlyCon, sharing her knowledge with the next generation of sparkle-slingers.
Whether she’s commanding a boardroom or the stage, Debra/Dee is a celebration of boldness, brilliance, and the beauty of owning every inch of your story.
AGMT Studios, Community Relations
AGMT Studios was born from a deep passion for storytelling and a decade of hands-on experience behind the camera. For over 10 years, I’ve captured everything from raw, emotional music videos to polished corporate projects. But beyond the lens, my mission runs deeper — to give a voice to those who often go unheard.
As someone who’s struggled to find my own voice, I understand how hard it can be to express what’s inside. That’s why I’ve dedicated my craft to helping others tell their stories — whether they’re navigating dark times or celebrating their brightest moments. There’s so much unseen talent in the world, and I want to be the bridge that helps them be heard and seen.
Creating visuals has always fascinated me, but it’s the human story that drives me. I believe everyone deserves to witness their own greatness — and through video, I strive to reflect people at their highest, most authentic selves.
This is more than just a business — it’s a purpose.
